As part of our due diligence AM produces a comprehensive feasibility report which includes bulk and location plans, identifies technical difficulties, and analyses market trends.

We then liaise with our architect, structural engineer, and civil engineer to create our submission for the resource (RC) and building consent (BC). Our experience allows us to ensure the design is compliant, that risks are accounted for and reduced accordingly, and that the construction timeline is as efficient as possible so that we can present a compelling design for our application.

We manage the entire process, following up where necessary and responding promptly to any council requests for information (RFI) to ensure that RC and BC are approved on schedule.
AM also works with one of New Zealand’s leading interior design firms to come up with design features and specifications, and a sophisticated interior colour scheme.
